Shipping Policy

At Spirit Store, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Our warehouse is located in Koblenz, Germany. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders within Europe are delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping & Shipping Costs

We ship our products to customers in Europe and various countries beyond, including the United States and Canada.
Shipping costs vary by country and are automatically calculated during checkout. In most cases, shipping costs are approximately €6 per order.

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your package from shipment to delivery.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends are processed and shipped on Monday.

The indicated delivery times are based on business days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take a little longer, for example due to high volume at the carrier or unforeseen circumstances. This occurs only occasionally.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.

After receipt of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Warranty

All products from Spirit Store come with a 1-year warranty. If a product becomes defective or does not function properly within this period, we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
